Returns will only be allowed on items returned within 30 days of the invoice date. The item must be new (never used) and in its original sealed packaging to be approved for return. Pictures are required*.

Any open package items will not be accepted.

The Supplier reserves the right to reject any shipment, if it was not authorized with an RMA# or if upon arrival at our warehouse the packaging has any signs of damage. If the return is accepted, we will inspect it and deduct all the damage costs.
Freight or Concealed Damage

The Customer MUST check the cargo before signing the Bill of Lading.
If there is any damage to the pallet or packaging, the Customer MUST refuse the cargo before signing the Bill of Lading. If there are any signs of damage or issues with the shipment, make sure to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD).Any freight or concealed damages must be reported to Espresso Hive within 24 hours of receipt via support@EspressoHive.com. Espresso Hive will reportit to the Manufacturer within another 24 hours.

Warranty Claims

Warranty Registration
- All customer need to activate the warranty, in the Supplier's section warranty registration https://www.ampto.com/pages/warranty-register, this is an important step when the machine start to be used.

- The Supplier reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Commercial Policy at any time without any prior notice. It also reserves the right to change the design and specifications of its equipment or any related documentation at any time. The end user is not entitled to upgrades or refunds resulting from these changes.
