Damaged Shipments
All products should be inspected upon arrival for damages that could have occurred in transit. We require notification of damage, including pictures of the shipping label, shipping case and of the products themselves within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defective parts unless it is a wear and tear item (e.g.grinding burrs or switches) or if the part failed prematurely due to misuse or improper service by non-certified technicians. Any modifications made to the equipment will void the warranty
Returns
Equipment and parts must be returned unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 25% restocking fee Plus 350 USD to cover return freight shipping.Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
